How writing a letter can breed gratitude
Tips, takeouts and things to try:
Think of someone you’re really grateful for having in your life. Write them a letter telling them what they mean to you and how they’ve helped you.
This helps you connect with your relationship to them on a deeper level, and benefits you both.
This simple exercise will actually amplify your own levels of gratitude, helping you appreciate other people and things in your life.
Everyone loves receiving personal letters because it shows them someone cares about their wellbeing.
