The case and context, for coaching today
A coaching approach is often over-emphasised to managers and leaders at work. And in the wrong situations, it can be counter-productive. Helping managers see coaching in the wider context of other leadership styles is a critical first step. Being able to then intentionally flex a coaching mindset becomes a powerful enabler of other approaches — motivating action and meeting the development demands of modern teams.
How the programme is delivered
Blended, bitesize and biased to action
Participants join three collaborative and practical live sessions among the same cohort of peers. A safe, experimental and supportive space, led by an accredited coach.
Key to the learning experience is working through bitesize digital-primers, introducing core concepts and missions before and after live sessions.
Learning with and from peers is central to the programme, with participants paired for structured check-ins and an ongoing peer-coaching relationship.
To support the transfer of learning back into teams, participants are armed with our much loved digital and physical coaching tools, designed to drive powerful conversations.
Accessing the programme
Individual leaders can join cross-organisational groups, building and practising their coaching skills among diverse and supportive peers.
We can work directly with single or multiple cohorts of your leaders , in-person or virtually, and adapting content to your cultural cues.
Cohorts are led by our accredited associate coaches, each bringing sector-specific experience alongside an inclusive and action-oriented approach.
