The case and context, for coaching today

A coaching approach is often over-emphasised to managers and leaders at work. And in the wrong situations, it can be counter-productive. Helping managers see coaching in the wider context of other leadership styles is a critical first step. Being able to then intentionally flex a coaching mindset becomes a powerful enabler of other approaches — motivating action and meeting the development demands of modern teams.
