How you'll experience the programme
You'll begin with some purposeful, personal reflection...
We'll first share a Reflective Assessment, helping you benchmark your current confidence and capability around the core behaviours we'll explore in the programme. We'll share back some insights to help you track progress throughout, and measure impact at key points in the future.
... and start exploring a self-paced pathway
Your personal, digital pathway will guide you through each module, mixing expert perspectives and practical tools to test and missions to apply before and in between your live workshops. Short submissions are invited, and reflection prompts shared throughout — connecting you with our coaches for feedback and encouragement.
You'll receive a tactile toolkit...
A purposeful deck of cards will complement the digital pathway; helping you keep core concepts in hand, mind, practice and (lots of) conversations. Central to this is your everyday coaching Question Bank, something you'll actively build throughout the experience, as you build your confidence with the everyday coaching approach.
... and join live workshops with your cohort peers
Led by the same coach-facilitator throughout, each module has a live, virtual 2 hour workshop at its heart. These live sessions offer a chance to connect, collaborate and learn alongside your cohort of managers from our other partners, bringing your own real-world scenarios into the mix. You'll also be welcome to join optional 60 minute coaching huddles, held throughout the year — post programme completion.
Workshops are held every 2-3 weeks, with the core of the programme lasting around 10 weeks. Our Coaching Team will interact with you throughout — welcoming your insights and evidence of experimentation, sharing feedback and encouragement. We ensure that no learner is left behind!
