We'll increase understanding of neurodiversity, turning awareness into instant action by identifying proactive approaches to workplace adjustments (all within our control) that anticipate common challenges, and help everyone to play to their strengths.

Join a group of fellow people-managers, and peers, for an enlightening session led by Dr. Anne Cockayne, alongside a YCN coach-facilitator. We'll draw on Anne's extensive work around neurodiversity and latest research into the relationships between managers and neurodivergent team members.

Together we'll learn about the neurodiversity paradigm, neurodivergent characteristics and strengths, explore relatable workplace scenarios — and stimulating our thinking about what adjustments we can make to them towards greater neuroinclusion.

By better understanding the concept of neurodiversity; and the behavioural and environmental adjustments we can all make to support current and future neurodivergent colleagues, partners and customers; we ultimately create more open and inclusive cultures to the benefit of everyone.
