You Can Now has really helped our managers to create the environments in which people can thrive. It's about making things accessible, and giving people choice.
We teamed up with the ticketing platform to co-design, values map and launch throughout UK and US teams a series of Mastery Paths mapped to core competencies. The playlist style paths blended bitesize live workshops offered virtually and in-person.
We're taking cohorts of managers and assistant managers from the workplace experts through an energising series of modules designed to map to company values and identified manager competencies — grounded in our Core Four manager modules.
Our partnership presents the brand and digital studio's teams in London, NYC, LA, Berlin and Sydney with targeted and self-led development — alongside support for managers to help embed it.
To support leadership development across the firm we partnered on a unique and socially-driven mentoring programme connecting senior leaders at the bank with peers in London based social enterprises.
