Create your personal user guide with a Manual of Me
The Manual of Me is a tool to help you gather and share insights about how you work. It’s a personal user manual, so people can understand how best to work with you, quickly.
It's been an especially purposeful reference in our work around neurodiversity — because as a tool it gets everyone sharing around their unique strengths and differences.
The process of creating your Manual of Me will combine coaching style questions, and reflection - you will build up a better understanding of what motivates you, where and when you work best, how you engage best with others, and much much more.
And once you've collected your thoughts, you'll have a handy guide to share with others - so they get to know you better, quicker.
